Uvest Holds Her First-Ever Community Luncheon

Uvest set to make the community luncheon an annual event.

On Saturday 10th of September, our first-ever Annual Community Luncheon was held at the company Headquarters, at Lekki-Ajah, Lagos Nigeria.

The red carpet began at 6:00 pm, with guests arriving, and the event in full swing.

The red carpet host, Khafilat Motunrayo, with a glass of red wine in her hands, and a beautiful blue dress, engaged the guests in friendly conversations – while taking captivating pictures.

The luncheon had over 40 clients and tribesmen in attendance, and everyone came dressed to kill. From the gentlemen who donned their tailored tuxedos to the ladies who looked flawless in the designer dresses.

After the red carpet, the event began with a video presentation of the Uvest team members sharing their job roles, welcoming everyone and assuring them of an elegant and sophisticated evening.

Soon after the introductions, Adetola – the Finance Lead who had been with Uvest from day one came on stage to share the growth journey of Uvest from ideation to making 9 figures annually. She shared the story of how the CEO, Mr Philip Babalola had shared the vision of Uvest with her, and then officially brought her on board as a member of the team.

Thereafter, Ifeoluwa Johnson – the Deputy Head of Sales, and another team member who had been part of Uvest since inception shared his journey as a team member; from closing deals to making young people around him attain financial freedom through Real Estate.

Immediately Ifeoluwa Johnson spoke, all the estates Uvest had launched over the course of the year were listed, and the clients that got those estates were acknowledged and given shout-outs with a standing ovation.

Whilst this went on, the CEO of Uvest, Mr Philip Babalola waltzed in style with his entourage, and there was a standing ovation to recognize his presence.

When this ended, Adeola Owosho – the Head of Growth and Products led everyone to another part of the office where an experience centre had been set up to launch Uvest Metro, whilst also sharing insights into the vision for it, as it was the latest and largest on-going project.

He shared with everyone present, how the vision of Uvest Metro was not a year plan or a residential one, but it was to build a Silicon Valley in Ibadan while playing host to the first ever Tech Hub in Nigeria, amongst many things.

Right after Uvest Metro was launched, an auction started, and some plots of Uvest Metro – Moniya, and The Palms – Epe were auctioned off to the highest bidder in the room, and about 5 new first-time landowners were made.

Thereafter, the CEO, Mr Philip Babalola was invited to give a special discounted offer to everyone present, which birthed a few more landowners.

The auction signalled the end of the luncheon, and the guests were invited to network amongst themselves, enjoy the sweet wine, and dance to Asake’s ever irresistible melody.
